Review of Yakult Probiotic Drink I first said "yeah" to Yakult because I love saying the word "Yakult." I also love probiotics to promote healthy digestion. Plus, this probiotic drink comes in cute little bottles about the size of a shot glass, so it seemed like a fun way to drink healthy. Yakult isn't a yogurt; it's a "fermented dairy drink" first produced in Japan and contains live, probiotic cultures to help boost your immune system and the good bacteria in your tummy. Sold in packs of five, the 2.7 fluid ounce bottles can be downed as drinks, but I also enjoyed it poured over cereal in place of milk. So how does it taste? I was surprised by how sweet Yakult tastes; it has a tart, almost fruity flavor that, believe it or not, reminds me of Sweet Tarts. Thankfully, I poured it over a cereal that wasn't sweet; otherwise it might have been a bit much. I expected it to be thicker, but it's barely as thick as milk. Replica Louis Vuitton Wallets Nutritionally, Yakult's results are mixed. Each tiny bottle enough to cover your cereal contains 50 calories, 11 grams of sugar, and zero fat with just one gram of protein. So while it's packed with probiotics, it doesn't offer much in the way of protein or calcium. Unfortunately, the ingredients aren't all natural either: water, sugar, skim milk powder, glucose, artificial flavors, and lactobacillus casei shirota (the cultures). For that reason, I probably won't make Yakult a habit, but it was a nice change from yogurt or milk. Find out where it's carried near you. Do you Yakult? Louis Vuitton Replica In india it is available now. I took around 7 bottles in 2 days. Does it have any effect on digestion. It tastes good and my kid loves it. Each bottle cost Indian Rupees Rs 10. I actually don't usually buy into them because if you eat enough fruits and vegetables, these bacteria will grow on their own in your guts and will prevent the harmful bacteria from setting up colonies. Replica Louis Vuitton Handbags This Yakult stuff sounds kind of nasty to me. I don't like sweet milk, especially on cereal. At first I thought maybe it would be like kefir, but it sounds like it's probably not. Plus, there is hardly any protein in it, so I'll have to pass on this stuff.

Review of Workout Headphones Yurbuds When running, any old iPod earbud just won't do. Earphones that slip off easily can distract you and keep you from meeting your workout goals, and who wants low quality sound when they need an extra heartbeat raising boost from their playlist? Nike Free Run 2 That's why you need a good pair of earphones that are designed to stay snugly in your ears while you work out. We tested out five types of workout designed earphones meant to stay put while elevating your auditory experience. Keep clicking to read the reviews, and check out more earphones designed to stay put. Motivated to don a pair and go for a run? Don't forget to enter our Get Fit For 2012 giveaway for fabulous prizes that will also revamp your workout. Cheap Nike Shoes Pros: There's a reason why these earphones are endorsed by the Ironman competition: the Yurbuds Ironman Inspire Pro earphones ($60) stay put no matter what. Once you twist the molded silicone buds into your ear, you get crystal clear, secure sound. The Y shaped three button Dry Mic is a useful tool during runs: it includes three buttons to control your music easily as well as to take calls, and it's placed in a convenient spot on the cord that makes accessing it easy. Cons: You have to make sure you twist them into your ear for them to be secure; a couple of times they fell out while I was running because I hadn't, and since the left and right designators are hard to read, getting them back on while running can be a hassle. Also, I found that the silicone buds fell off the earphones rather easily when I wasn't using my pair, so carrying them in the included zippered pouch is a must. The button controls don't work for Android phones (they do work for iOS devices). In the box: Headphones, different sized buds, and zippered pouch Pros: The unique flat design of the a Jays Four iPhone earphones ($70) means that these headphones don't get tangled which is good news if you are used to chucking your headphones in your purse and gym bag. Cons: The in ear noise of the headphones rubbing against my clothing while I ran was way more pronounced using this pair than the others I tested, which made for a less enjoyable sound experience (I also found the sound quality to be a tad tinnier than the others). The three button controls on the headphones (for use on iOS devices like iPhones and iPods) is placed too high on the cord. cnvnclkv In the box: Headphones and different sized buds Pros: The Skullcandy Fix In Ear earphones ($70) are comfortable, and they offer high quality sound that is well rounded and deep. For the most part, the slanted, hook like design kept the simple rounded buds snugly in my ear. Cons: Every once in a while, I'd start a run thinking that my earphones were secure only to have one fall out when I started. Also, while the Fix headphones were comfortable when I first put them on, I always started feeling a dull ache when I had them on for an hour or longer. Nike Running Shoes In the box: Headphones, zippered pouch, and different sized buds Pros: Over the ear headphones tend to irritate me after awhile, but the Polk Audio UltraFit 3000 ($100) headphones were soft and flexible enough to keep me comfortable. Other user friendly details include a simple screw in design that lets you change out the bottom half of your headphone cords to one of three lengths, and prime placement of the volume and phone controls (which work for iOS devices). The bud fittings were also the most comfortable out of the ones I tested. Cons: While I loved having a choice when it comes to cord length, the lengths don't entirely work if you wear your music device on your wrist (I used the Polk Audio headphones with the MotoACTV wristband, and I found that the distance from wrist to ear was in between the longest and second longest options). In the box: Different sized buds, three sizes of cords, headphones, and zippered pouch Nike Outlet Pros: Like the Yurbuds, Sculpted Eers use silicone molded buds to fit snugly into your ear. But the Sculpted Eers PS 100 ($200) take it a step further by using a unique molding technology that expands and shapes the bud right in your ear. The custom fit made these the most noise canceling of all the ones I tested, which also meant I could listen at a lower volume during my runs while still maintaining a high quality sound. In addition to the molded buds, the over ear design made for even more security. No matter if I was jumping, sprinting, or jogging, these headphones didn't budge. Cons: While the results were worth it, it's important to note that it takes a bit of prep and instruction reading (or a professional fitting) to mold the buds to your ear. During the fitting process, the sensation of expanding silicone in your ears, while not unendurable, doesn't exactly feel pleasant. Also, even with the customized fit, the buds still felt uncomfortable after wearing them for an extended period of time (they did, however, feel more comfortable the more I wore them). And while these earphones are high quality and fit securely, the price tag is high.

Reasons NOT to Buy at a Consigment Shop Desperate times call for desperate measures. As we trudge through the 2008 recession, thousands of us have been hit hard, and harder still, by the seemingly comatose economy. Jobs are scarce, prices high, and money is, bluntly stated, hard to come by. What to do when you need cash, but not those "luxury" items that you accumulated during the high flying '90's? Pawn them? Not really a good idea: you never get what the item is worth, and certainly not what you paid for it. Selling it, then, becomes a more viable, appealing option. Many women, in particular, are both loath and uncertain as to how to 'dispose' of their pristine but no longer needed or wanted clothing, jewelry and handbags. Enter the consignment shop, a concept that has grown exponentially over the past two years. It's a simple premise. Take your "unwanted" designer wares to a consignment store, usually by appointment. The store's owner/manager will inspect them, selecting which to keep and which to return to you. The commission split ranges from 60/40 to 50/50 percent of the proceeds when the item sells. Most coveted are designer clothing (no Old Navy, H Zara, Kohls, Target, KMart, WalMart, Charlotte Russe, Rue 21, etc.). Prada, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Chloe, Celine, Mulberry, Hugo Boss, Lanvin, Dior, Cavalli, Moschino, Chico's, Burberry, and any high end vintage pieces will be gladly accepted. The same holds true of jewelry: silver and gold, please; we'll pass on the plated. Sounds like this should be a really great time to find some bargains at your local consignment store, especially with a constantly swelling inventory as more and more women discreetly part with their designer duds. But before you buy, there are two things that you must keep in mind NOW before making a consignment store purchase, things that previously haven't been a factor: Ralph Lauren Polo 1. Within that swelling inventory of sales items will be, sadly, a higher number of fake, knock off, or 'replica' items. This results from the fact that many sellers had purchased inauthentic items on Ebay or other auction sites, thinking that they were indeed genuine, but were not. It takes a pretty high level of sophistication to know the 'real deal' from a fake, both on an auction site and in person. Walk the streets of New York's Chinatown or Fashion District, and you'll literally be pulled in off the street as my daughter and I were recently by individuals selling faux Louis Vuitton, Prada and Chanel bags, jewelry and scarves. They're often sold openly right on street corners, by vendors, until the police shut them down. Faux designer goods are flooding the marketing, particularly from China, and some of them are quite good replications of the real thing. I know of one consignment store which accepts items from a woman who does her shopping at area THRIFT stores, then turns them in to the consignment store to re sell them. Haddonfield, New Jersey is one of southern New Jersey's toniest, most affluent areas, with at least a dozen consignment stores. Despite my 'due diligence', I purchased a) a fake pair of Louis Vuitton hoop earrings; b) a fake Juicy Couture wristlet, and c) a fake Hermes silk scarf. After researching my purchases, I returned all three to three different consignment stores. Do YOU know how the lining on a Louis Vuitton wallet is supposed to match up? Do you know the authentic Hermes watermark? Fake designer sunglasses are among the worst offenders. Unless the item especially a high priced item comes with its original packaging and hopefully its original sales receipt, with the pertinent information blackened out by the previous owner, consider it to be a replica first before you buy. If I sound cynical, I am. If a deal sounds too good to be true an authentic Chanel bag for $200, for instance it generally IS fake. Discount Ralph Lauren 2. Which brings us to my second point. With all of the inventory coming into consignment stores, the owners/managers often don't have either or both the time and expertise to weed out the knock offs from the real thing. There are no certifications or credentials required to open up a consignment store. Many of these people are well intentioned, but clueless. They have no more idea of how to authenticate a Gucci or Prada bag than you do. That having been said, never, ever purchase from a consignment store with an 'Absolutely No Returns' policy. • Reasons NOT to Buy at a Consigment Shop Desperate times call for desperate measures. They're coasting by on the hopes that you, like themselves, have no way of knowing whether your item is genuine or not, and can't be bothered by accepting returns for knock offs. (Remember, this involves the owner trying to recoup the sales proceeds they may have already turned over to the seller!) Stick with mid price range purchases at consignment stores: Chico's clothing, jewelry (yes, they nearly always have that little brass Chico's tag attached to every piece of jewelry), and handbags are a great buy now. Reasons for Green Bay Packers Success Ralph Lauren Dresses Recent Green Bay Packers SuccessFor the past 11 months the Green Bay Packers undeniably have been the best team in the NFL. Actually, they haven't been defeated since losing to the New England Patriots in December of 2010. As we all know, the Packers won the final two games of the regular 2010 season, and then won all of their playoff games becoming Super Bowl XLV champs. This season Green Bay has won all of its games and is off to a 9 0 start. Why have the Packers been so successful lately? This hub will suggest five key reasons. Cheap Ralph Lauren Polo Shirts Throughout their long history the Packers have been one of the most successful NFL teams. In my lifetime I have lived through three eras of Green Bay supremacy. The first era is chronicled in the Vince Lombardi/Bart Starr "glory years" of 1959 1967. During this period the Packers were league champs 1965 1967, and they won the first two super bowls in 1967 and 1968. The second era of excellence didn't come until about 25 years later during the Mike Holmgren/Brett Favre years of 1992 1998 when Green Bay regularly made the playoffs and went to two super bowl games, winning the super bowl in 1997. I am fortunate to be experiencing the present third era which began in 2006 and is being led by Mike McCarthy, Ted Thompson, and Aaron Rodgers. All three of these eras demonstrated and are presently displaying the same characteristics for success. I call them the five key reasons for most recent Greek Bay Packers success. They are as follow: Ted Thompson became the Packers general manager on January 14, 2005, when he replaced Mike Sherman who was both head coach and general manager. Prior to coming to Green Bay Thompson had been the Seattle Seahawks vice president of operations from 2000 2004. He had also been assistant director and director of pro personnel for the Packers during 1992 1999. Drawing on his previous experience and association with Mike Holmgren who had been coach of the Seahawks, Thompson helped make the Packers successful champs primarily by his evaluation, drafting, and signing of players, and by the hiring of excellent coaches. He also judiciously resolved the Brett Favre retirement dilemma before the 2008 season which played a major role in enabling Green Bay to establish itself under Aaron Rodgers. In his first draft of 2005 Thompson selected Super Bowl MVP Aaron Rodgers late in the first round. Raji, and Clay Matthews. During his first few years with the Packers, Thompson signed a few key free agents such as Charles Woodson and Ryan Pickett. Hawk. Besides draft choices, Ted Thompson has also signed a lot of young talented undrafted players who have contributed to the Packers, making them one of the youngest teams in the NFL. A year after becoming general manager Thompson fired Mike Sherman as head coach and hired Mike McCarthy who had been quarterbacks coach of the Packers in 1999 and most recently offensive coordinator of both the San Francisco 49ers and New Orleans Saints. Prior to the 2009 season Thompson also hired Dom Capers as defensive coordinator and master mind for a new 3 4 defense. Capers had previously been defensive coordinator of the Pittsburg Steelers as early as 1992, and he also had experience as a head coach leading the Carolina Panthers to the playoffs in 1996. Thompson met his most challenging test prior to the 2008 season. After leading the Packers to a defeat in the NFC championship game earlier that year, quarterback Brett Favre decided in March that he was going to retire. Thompson took Favre at his word and decided to move on with Aaron Rodgers who had backed up Favre for three years. Shortly before the season started when Favre decided not to retire, Thompson traded Favre to the New York Jets. There were many Packer fans who thought Thompson did the wrong thing in not taking Favre back; however, he decided it was in the best interests of the team to move on without Favre. In hindsight, Thompson was correct, because no one player is more important than the needs of the whole team which must come first. 2. An Excellent Coaching Staff: Green Bay's coaching staff from the head coach and offensive coordinator Mike McCarthy down to all assistant position coaches has been excellent. McCarthy has been so successful because he knows how to work with quarterbacks, call plays, and design an offensive which can attack any kind of defense. He is also a motivator who can gain the respect of this players. A few days prior to Super Bowl XLV he had his whole team fitted for super bowl rings, because he wanted his players to believe that they were going to win the game. On the other side of the ball, Dom Capers has been an excellent defensive coordinator. He has been a defensive genius in designing defensive schemes which can shut down any offense. Capers has been especially good at designing defenses with disguised multiple blitz packages and coverages. He is exceptionally good at making use of the talents of his best players like Charles Woodson and Clay Matthews as well as having everyone help out each other. Both McCarthy and Capers have excellent assistant and position coaches on the team. For example, on the offensive side, James Campen has done a good job working the offensive line, and Edgar Bennett had done well coaching the receivers. On defense, outside linebackers coach Kevin Greene and inside linebackers coach Winston Moss have been outstanding in developing young players such as Clay Matthews and Desmond Bishop. Ralph Lauren Polo Sale As well as the general manager and coaches have selected and trained players, it is ultimately the performance of the players on the gridiron which wins games. Besides talented players, every team needs leaders on both offense and defense. Aaron Rodgers and center Scott Wells are two uncontested leaders on offense. Yes, Aaron Rodgers is having an MVP year, but even more important he is by all means doing a great job as the undisputed leader of the offense. Aaron plays no favorites and is doing everything he can for the needs of the team. Rodgers has been spreading the ball around to all of his talented receivers. When his teammates mess up a play, he is not afraid to let them know as shown when he took tight end Finley to task for running bad passing routes in the Bears game earlier this year. Scott Wells plays an important position over the ball and is the leader on the offensive line. He must recognize all defensive alignments and call out blocking schemes to other line players. Wells has been playing excellently both as a leader and an all pro this year. Charles Woodson and Clay Matthews are both the heart and soul of Green Bay's defense. Woodson is listed as a cornerback, but he does more than that in games. Based on different defensive alignments devised by Dom Capers, Woodson will line up anywhere on the field and frequently blitz the quarterback. He is a very intelligent player and sets an example by giving more than 100 per cent every play. Woodson will never quit on a play much like outside linebacker Clay Matthews. Both players are very intense, intelligent, and they work well together and with the team in making their teammates better players. A team can have a bunch of good players on the team, but if they are selfish and don't play well together, a team will not be very successful. This is team chemistry. The Packers have great chemistry now thanks to the coaches and player leadership. No team member has been suspended since the season began. All players know their roles and they have only one goal which is to do anything they can for the good of the team. It has been said that fans can be the 12th man on the team. Green Bay fans do give the Packers an advantage, especially when they are playing at home. Lambeau Field has been sold out since 1960. When the fans are at home games, they cheer enthusiastically for the Packers, and at times make it hard for the opposing team to hear its quarterback calling signals. Packer fans also follow their team around the country to away games. In addition, there are Packers fans throughout the country who root for Green Bay when it is on the road. The Packers truly seem to be America's team. Ted Thompson, Mike McCarthy, Aaron Rodgers, and Charles Woodson are some of the most important people responsible for Green Bay success today just like Vice Lombardi, Ron Wolf, Bart Starr, Brett Favre, Reggie White, and Mike Holmgren were in the past. All of these people have demanded excellence and made the Green Bay Packers the most successful team in NFL history. I think that's one of the top two reasons they're as good as they are now.

Shark Jumping the Surfer Viral Video You probably saw this video over the weekend of the spinner shark jumping over the surfer at New Smyrna Beach, Florida? We asked the weigh in so we don miss riding a single wave this weekend. cnvnclkv Ralph Lauren Polo Shirts Matt McClain, Surfer, Director of Marketing CommunicationsThe video was certainly interesting as that sort of jumping behavior, while common, hasn't been well documented on film and certainly not in proximity of surfers. Ralph Lauren T Shirts As far as surfers recreating in the ocean in proximity to sharks well, sadaknkj2 it is the ocean! Most surfers recognize that we share our surf breaks with sharks. Most of the time they tend to be fairly benign species leopard sharks, nurse sharks, angel sharks, etc., but also occasionally include larger species of predatory sharks, including tiger and white sharks. Ralph Lauren Kids Most of the time, we surfers never even know these sharks are there. On those few occasions, where surfers or swimmers do encounter sharks the sharks behavior typically ranges from mild curiosity to flat out disinterest. I think most seasoned surfers understand this and as such, take the presence of sharks in stride. Ralph Lauren Shirt Bottom line is that while the threat of shark attack always exists, surfers and bathers have much, much, much greater chance of getting hurt or killed traveling to and from the beach, then they do while they are in the water.

It comes in 5 pack that is Rs 50. Does it make sense to drink such expensive one. I have not found any special difference cnvnclkv Louis Vuitton Outlet Skimmed Milk Powder, Water, Sugar, Glucose. Contains Lactobacillus casei strain Shirota, added natural natural identical flavours. It has a shelf life of 40 days, when refrigerated below 10C. There are no preservatives in Yakult. Lactobacillus species and Bifida regularis are the most common ones that are added to foods.
