Patch 7.3 is presently on the Public Test Realms and Wowhead has datamined the gear from patch. There is a new set of quest armor, named just after Kul'Tiras, an island that after sat off the coast of Lordaeron, to the west of your Dwarven city of Dun Morogh. Kul'Tiras was an island full of maritime soldiers as well as the original dwelling of key Warcraft character Jaina Proudmoore. Together with the Cataclysm expansion, Kul Tiras was pushed off into seas unknown. Nobody has heard on the island because that expansion, but you'd feel a race of sea-faring heroes would eventually discover their way back to Lordaeron. The quest armor in question carries the "kultirasquest" branding, related to wow gold quest gear from previous expansions. The gear also shows a map of what looks to become a shattered Kul'Tiras on its hip. Seeing the return from the island would be a significant part on the Warcraft lore, particularly as a corrupted and angry Jaina Proudmoore has left the Alliance behind. But who would we be fighting? Humans is not all that exciting. The rest of your gear may answer that at the same time. Around the skirt from the armor, you'll be able to see tentacle and barnacle markings. Fans are speculating that this can be reference for the Old Gods, on-and-off enemies hidden deep within Azeroth. They after ruled the planet, generating the Black Empire. Players have fought 3 on the four Old Gods: C'thun deep inside Ahn'Qiraj, Y'Shaarj's heart within the Underhold, and Yogg-Saron inside the Emerald Nightmare. The final, N'Zoth, was the Old God behind the corruption of Deathwing, but otherwise, we've but to face it. There's a Legion artifact weapon for Shadow Priests referred to as Xal'atath, Blade from the Black Empire. Within the lore, the weapon is supposed to have survived in the time of your Black Empire. Not merely does the weapon have a hidden appearance, the Claw of N'Zoth, it also occasionally whispers towards the user. Some of the wow items whispers are random, when other relate for the existing zone you happen to be in. A few lines point towards N'Zoth's revival. "It seems the prison of Nazoth is just not as powerful as it once was. What you see is often a tiny growth in the behemoth that may well however consume your world." "It is ironic that the weakest of us might be the ultimate victor. C'Thun, Yogg-Saron, Y'Shaarj, and... nicely. Only one particular would stay to consume the world, that was always meant to become." "The God from the Deep writhes in his prison, breaking absolutely free ever so gradually. It is best to hurry and defeat the fallen titan... you'll find higher battles but to fight." "The fallen titan" can be a reference to Sargeras, who players just defeated inside the Tomb of Sargeras raid. Gradually, Blizzard is dropping hints that our next fight could be against one of many Old Gods: the God with the Deep. This may also clarify why Kul'Tiras has been silent and why Jaina has gradually fallen into anger and rage. Likewise, Queen Azshara on the aquatic naga has produced appearances in Legion. Azshara was corrupted using the support of Xavius, a clear agent of N'Zoth. She seems in flashback and really has an entire dungeon, the Eye of Azshara, committed to her individuals. Kul'Tiras, N'Zoth, God of the Deep. Queen Azshara. Following space, the only place left to discover may be the oceans of Azeroth, proper? Is this all pointing towards one more expansion, or perhaps a patch? We'll see, as Patch 7.3 doesn't even possess a release date at this point.
