Not... moreI have always been that kid that asked “WHY?”… I have always wanted to know why something cannot be done differently, or why someone has not attempted to do it. I have always tried to do things differently and do things my way. Not because I am always right, but If I am wrong I learn and grow along the journey. If you walk the path of those before you, then you will never truly learn for yourself. I always have done things my way, and yes they have not always worked but the journey and the process taught me so many important traits along the way.
I still think it's crazy that even now I have truly built everything I've envisioned and dedicated my time and energy to. My LFSA regulations are official and my office is nearly done on the top floor, and downstairs we are building the cinema, gym and steam rooms. It is nuts that I am even at the stage where I can build my ideal workplace and make it an amazing place for my staff to work.
Lesson: Never join the crowd it's really the easy way out and you will not grow. Go where the expectations and the demands to perform are high. You may struggle but ultimately you will learn valuable life lessons and grow into a better person. #vision #believe less
